FoodIQ Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account information for authorized staff: name and login email, used to sign in and to identify who performed actions in the app.
• Business records entered in FoodIQ: customers, items, orders, inventory, production lots and shipments. These records exist to run the bakehouse and are visible only to authorized users.

2. QuickBooks data

When an administrator connects QuickBooks Online, FoodIQ accesses customers, items, tax codes and invoices only to create invoices for shipped orders and to match records between the two systems. We do not sell or share QuickBooks data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored with our hosting providers and is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. QuickBooks access tokens are stored server-side only and are never exposed to the browser.

4. Retention

Data is kept while the account is active. Disconnecting QuickBooks deletes the QuickBooks tokens stored by FoodIQ.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
