FoodIQ End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of FoodIQ, an internal operations application. The licensor is 9454 9649 Quebec Inc. (Continental Bakehouse), 5495 Rue Paré, Mont-Royal, QC H4P 1P7, Canada ("Licensor"). By using FoodIQ you agree to this Agreement.
1. License grant
The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FoodIQ for internal business use by authorized users of Continental Bakehouse. This license is for the operation of the bakehouse only and may not be used for any other purpose.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of FoodIQ; resell, sublicense or redistribute it; or access it without authorization or beyond the permissions granted to your account.
3. QuickBooks integration
FoodIQ can connect to QuickBooks Online. By enabling the integration, you authorize FoodIQ to access your QuickBooks Online company for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Intuit is not responsible for FoodIQ, and FoodIQ is not a product of Intuit. You can disconnect the QuickBooks integration at any time from Settings > Integrations.
4. Data ownership
The customer owns their data. The Licensor processes that data only to operate and support the application.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
FoodIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Licensor does not warrant that FoodIQ will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of FoodIQ.
7. Termination
This license continues until terminated. The Licensor may terminate it if you breach this Agreement. On termination you must stop using FoodIQ.
8. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
